FROM THE SOUTH - NY CITY:

1) NY State Thruway North to Exit 24 (Northway/I 87).
2) Northway (I 87) North to Exit 23 (Warrensburg/North Creek).
3) Left at exit 23 towards Warrensburg (Rte 9).
4) Pass over Northway. At "T" make right onto Rte 9, going into Warrensburg.
5) After Warrensburg, continue on Rte 9 (Northwest) about 2 miles. Make left onto Rte 28.
6) Rte 28 (Northwest) all the way to Blue Mountain Lake (about 45 miles).
7) At "T" make left onto Rte 28 South. Go through town of Blue Mtn. Lake (about 1/2 mile). 8) Shortly after town, make right at sign for PROSPECT POINT COTTAGES.

FROM THE WEST - ROCHESTER / SYRACUSE:

1) Go I 90 East, passing by Syracuse, to NY-365 (Exit 33). (About 100 miles from Rochester). 2) Go Northeast on NY-365 to Rte 12. (About 25 miles.) 3) Go North on Rte 12 to Rte 28. (About 11 miles). 4) Go Northeast on Rte 28 to Blue Mountain Lake. (About 61 miles.) 5) Make left at sign for PROSPECT POINT COTTAGES.

 FROM THE EAST - BOSTON:

1) Take I 90 West to I 87 North.
2) GO I 87 North to Exit 23 (Warrensburg/North Creek).
3) Left at exit 23 towards Warrensburg (Rte 9).
4) Pass over Northway. At "T" make right onto Rte 9, going into Warrensburg.
5) After Warrensburg, continue on Rte 9 (Northwest) about 2 miles. Make left onto Rte 28.
6) Rte 28 (Northwest) all the way to Blue Mountain Lake (about 45 miles).
7) At "T" make left onto Rte 28 South. Go through town of Blue Mtn. Lake (about 1/2 mile).
8) Shortly after town, make right at sign for PROSPECT POINT COTTAGES.

FROM THE NORTH - MONTREAL / PLATTSBURGH:

1) South on 15 to New York State.
2) Continue South on Rte I 87.
3) Rte I 87 South to NY-3.
4) Go Southwest on NY-3, passing by Saranac Lake to NY-30 South.
5) Take NY-30 South, passing Long Lake, all the way to Blue Mountain Lake.
6) At Blue Mountain Lake keep going straight, onto Rte 28 Southwest.
7) Go through town of Blue Mtn. Lake.
8) Shortly after town, make right at sign for PROSPECT POINT COTTAGES.
